This is Vicon specific file format, which contains constants. Constants can be added by the user by editing the file or via UI of „Nexus“ or „Workstation“ or automatically created by the models. Nimue-Platform based applications writes can use these file too for integrations with Vicon tool instead the default xml-based model parameters files.
